MBW Mortgage Group is owned by Michael P. Blessington and Michael T. Williams. We are a
small mortgage firm based in rural southern chester county. With 15 years of mortgage
experience we can get you the best mortgage available. We believe in meeting all of our
customers in person during the transaction to give people a sense of comfort in who they are
doing business with. As a mortgage broker we have access to numerous types of loan
products offered to us by the banks and lenders we represent. This gives us the opportunity
to shop each potential clients loan around ensuring the most competitive rates and terms
available today.
We Can Help
Regardless of a customer's credit profile we can help with a new home purchase or a
refinance. Many of our lenders specialize in working with people who have had a bankruptcy,
late payments, or collection accounts. Often times these types of situations just require a little
more effort to get a good deal done. Our company will evaluate your past credit history and
verify with you what we find on your credit report. From that point we will work with you to clear
up any issues that need to be resolved and confirm with our lender what type of financing we
